Growing up in Austin, Texas shaped much of who I am today, but moving to Napa, California in 2018 gave me a new perspective and encouraged me to step outside of my comfort zone. During my time there, I discovered a love for hiking, being outdoors, and spending time near the water. Although I appreciated everything California offered, the South has always felt like home and is where I am excited to continue building both my life and career.
I am currently pursuing a dual degree in Accounting and Information Systems at Louisiana State University, with a concentration in Cyber Risk and a minor in Internal Auditing. I began college in 2022 as an Information Systems major, but along the way realized I had just as strong a passion for accounting. Instead of choosing between the two, I chose to pursue both. Bringing together my interests in technology and accounting has given me a well-rounded understanding of how businesses operate from both a financial and technological perspective.
What motivates me most is helping people. I genuinely value building strong relationships and taking the time to understand each client’s unique needs and goals. I believe trust, communication, and a thoughtful approach are essential to creating a lasting impact.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading a good book series, spending time with my cat, and picking up new hobbies simply for the joy of learning something new. I truly enjoy learning and growing, and I try to carry that mindset with me in both my personal and professional life.
